M.A.W - Lost Memories Exhibition // 25 June 2006

“Ruins in the Sand”, one of my favourite poem, tells the story of the islanders who had lost their families to tsunami. “Just a Dream” is another piece that was featured at “Lost Memories” Exhibition. Its rhythmic flow is suitable as a bedside story or a lullaby.

The exhibition, according to the organiser, aimed to unite all local graphic designers, illustrators, animators, poets, and writers. It was a platform for us to share, in forms of art and literature, our thoughts on lost memories. M.A.W.S

SevenTeen Star Search 2005 // 23 August 2005

This talent competition is held every year by Seventeen Malaysia. Sponsors included Samsung Fun Club, Nivea, Stila, and Roxy. Being in the Top 10 of finalists, the experience I had was definitely invaluable. The event was a platform to discover the innate side of the girls. Girl power was the name of the game that evening. It took me lots of practice and courage to be the first to perform onstage. No jitters and all. Just a glamorous night with Channel [V]’s VJs Simone and Joey G, Hitz.fm DJ Pietro, rapper Shazzy, the X-Fresh crew and fans.
