The Writer - Vivian Toh
As part of her teenage years, she started learning how to compose lyricsand music with her friends at the age of 19 imparting her life experiences into it. The song Save the Best for Last (by Vanessa Williams) is her favourite number fo “it reminds me of the greatest moments thus far.” To her, singing and writing are like chalk and cheese. “Without words, there’s no story to tell.” Vivian has herself to thank for her achievement as a promising writer. After, dropping her business studies which went off track, she answered her calling in journalism. Besides being a regular contributor for Playtimes (Singapore), this music enthusiast of 5' 7" tall holds a certificate in comprehensive creative writing from the Writers Bureau (UK). Now a degree graduate in Mass Communication from the University of Southern Queensland (Australia), she manages a brand label too. As a member of The Association of Freelance Writers (UK), articles of hers have been published in international magazines in relations with interior deco and graphic designs. It’s all determination and passion in pursuit of one’s dream. “I want to write and be read like an idol. Now, that’s my dream.”
